Initially founded by Natalie after completing her City & Guilds Level 3 Diploma in dog grooming, offering a one to one calm and compassionate grooming experience. It was the commitment to quality that lead to expanding into offering products for sale in the salon and also online for fellow K9 loving folk. Ryan is an experienced purchasing and procurement manager and also Natalie's other half. Together they aim to bring you the best products, the newest most innovative ideas and a personable shopping experience with online convenience. Completing the dream team are Dolly, the 9 year old cross breed and Woody & Charlie Bear, the 8 year old the long haired chihuahuas. They are chief product testers, models, social media influencers and the bosses of the Ruff to Woof family.
